Answer:

To place an order using our website, please select Place order next to the piece of jewellery you wish to purchase in the 'Boutique'. You may select more than one piece of jewellery and when you are ready to complete your purchase, select CHECKOUT in the footer menu. You must then (if you have not already done so) create an account with us using the secure form provided -- wait for your e-mail confirmation to validate your account -- then log-in to continue your checkout. Follow the checkout process, completing the required information to ensure your purchase is handled safely and securely.

I love it! Can I have it made bigger or smaller?

 

Answer:
Every effort will be made to customize a design where possible. If you require a different ring size, it is possible to custom order depending on availability of materials. Some necklaces and bracelets can be altered in length or inside measurement. Actual changes to designs cannot be accommodated with online sales.

Does it come in another color?

Answer:
Jewellery by Karen designs are one of a kind or limited addition. Changing color or material may result in a very different design which is then a custom order.  Call Jewellery by Karen at 905.627.5079 for a custom order consultation.

I love it in the photo, but how will it look on?

Answer:
You may find a photo of your favorite design on a model in the Gallery or Shows. Additional photos are usually available on request.
